 🦠 WART (मस्से) – जानिए और बचाव कीजिए!

🔹 Definition (परिभाषा):
Warts are small, rough growths on the skin caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
मस्से त्वचा पर होने वाली छोटी-छोटी गांठें हैं, जो वायरस (HPV) से होती हैं।

🔹 Causes (कारण):

• Viral infection (HPV)

• Direct contact with infected skin or surfaces

• Low immunity

🔹 Types (प्रकार):
✔ Common Warts (साधारण मस्से)
✔ Plantar Warts (पैरों के तलवे पर)
✔ Flat Warts (चपटे मस्से)
✔ Genital Warts (जननांग पर)

🔹 Treatment (उपचार):

• Cryotherapy (Freezing therapy)

• Laser / Cauterization

• Medicated creams

• Surgical removal in resistant cases

🔹 Prevention (रोकथाम):
✅ Avoid direct contact with warts
✅ Maintain good hygiene
✅ Boost immunity with healthy diet
✅ Do not share towels, razors, or footwear
