Common Causes | सामान्य कारण

1. Fluid Retention (पानी जमा होना)

English:

  • Excess salt intake

  • Less sleep, late nights

  • Hormonal changes

  • Morning puffiness more common

  • ज़्यादा नमक का सेवन
