Keep skin clean & dry

Avoid sharing towels, clothes, combs

Wear loose, cotton clothes

✅ Medications (เคฆเคตाเค‡เคฏाँ)

Topical antifungal creams: Clotrimazole, Terbinafine

Oral antifungals (if severe): Itraconazole, Fluconazole

Avoid steroid creams without doctor advice

⚠️ Do not ignore persistent or spreading infection. Early treatment prevents complications & spread.
