๐ฉธ What is Anemia?
Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells (RBCs) or the level of hemoglobin in the blood is lower than normal. This leads to reduced oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood, causing fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath.

๐ Types of Anemia
1. Iron Deficiency Anemia (เคฒोเคนे เคी เคเคฎी เคธे เคนोเคจे เคตाเคฒा เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
The most common type, caused by lack of iron in the diet or blood loss.
๐ Symptoms: Weakness, pale skin, hair loss, brittle nails.
2. Vitamin B12 Deficiency Anemia (เคตिเคाเคฎिเคจ เคฌी12 เคी เคเคฎी เคธे เคนोเคจे เคตाเคฒा เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
Occurs due to poor absorption or lack of vitamin B12 intake.
๐ Symptoms: Numbness, memory issues, tingling sensation in hands and feet.
3. Folic Acid Deficiency Anemia (เคซोเคฒिเค เคเคธिเคก เคी เคเคฎी เคธे เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
Due to poor diet or malabsorption of folate.
๐ Symptoms: Fatigue, mouth ulcers, poor appetite.
4. Hemolytic Anemia (เคฒाเคฒ เคฐเค्เคค เคोเคถिเคाเคं เคे เคूเคเคจे เคธे เคนोเคจे เคตाเคฒा เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
When RBCs are destroyed faster than they are produced.

5. Aplastic Anemia (เค เคธ्เคฅि เคฎเค्เคा เคी เคธเคฎเคธ्เคฏा เคธे เคนोเคจे เคตाเคฒा เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
Bone marrow fails to produce enough blood cells.

6. Sickle Cell Anemia (เคตंเคถाเคจुเคเคค เคเคจीเคฎिเคฏा)
Genetic disorder where RBCs become sickle-shaped and block blood flow.
